IT/OT Convergence
Building systems run on IP networks. Controls infrastructure shares architecture with enterprise IT. Cybersecurity obligations extend past the firewall and into the mechanical room. We design for that reality — integrating the network, the building, and the security posture as a single engineered environment, then putting the right people in place to run it.. That means the right architecture for the constraints, the right systems for the environment, and the right people to run what gets built. Every engagement is scoped around what performance requires, not what's convenient to sell.

What We Deliver
Division 25 – Integrated Automation
A building full of independent systems isn't a smart building — it's a coordination problem. We serve as Master Systems Integrator, connecting building automation, controls, lighting, security, and energy systems onto a unified platform with a single operator interface.
Division 27 — Communications
We design and install the structured cabling, fiber distribution, audiovisual systems, and distributed antenna infrastructure that moves voice, data, and signal across every floor and system in a building. This is the physical communications layer — from the equipment room to the endpoint. We manage it as prime contractor, coordinated with the broader construction scope from preconstruction through commissioning.
Division 28 — Electronic Safety & Security
Access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, life safety — these systems protect people and assets, and they increasingly run on the same IP infrastructure as the rest of the building. That requires both security expertise and network fluency. We bring both, and we design for how these systems need to perform operationally, not just how they need to install.
Community Engagement
Major construction programs operate inside communities — and communities have voices, interests, and concerns that shape whether projects move forward. We help project owners navigate that landscape: elected officials, advocacy groups, faith organizations, environmental stakeholders, and the surrounding public. Thoughtful engagement isn't a courtesy, it’s a necessity.
Training & Development
We provide technical field resources, custom curriculum development, learning management, and instructional design — built around the actual systems and environments our clients work in. Engineered to the work.
